Energetická společnost ČEZ oznámila, že se stala akcionářem britské společnosti Rolls-Royce SMR Limited (Rolls-Royce SMR). Uzavření transakce oznámené v říjnu loňského roku přišlo po schválení příslušnými regulačními orgány. Obě společnosti tak nyní budou spolupracovat na nasazení technologie Rolls-Royce SMR.
Společnosti ČEZ a Rolls-Royce SMR oznámily uzavření partnerství v říjnu minulého roku.

Akcie ČEZ (BAACEZ) dnes na pražské burze klesly o 1,18 % na 1007 Kč. Na RM-SYSTÉMu klesly o 0,79 % na 1007 Kč.
