Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility
At its meeting held on September 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility (CAPFM) decided to appoint, effective November 1, 2026:
- Stéphane Priami as Chairman of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, in addition to his responsibilities as Deputy General Manager of Crédit Agricole S.A., in charge of the International Banking and Services division, which brings together Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, BforBank, the International Banking Division (DBI) and the Group's international retail banks, as well as the Group's retail banking development projects in Europe. Stéphane Priami will succeed Jérôme Grivet, currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A., as Chairman of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility. Stéphane Priami is a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.
- Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, succeeding Stéphane Priami, who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility since 2020. Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse is a member of the Management Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A.
Biographies
Stéphane Priami began his career in 1982 within the Banques Populaires network. In 1987, he joined the Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France retail banking network and, from 1989 onward, held various positions at the central services of Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole, first in the Professionals market, then in General Inspection, and subsequently as Head of Distribution Channels.
From 1999, he successively held several executive positions overseeing Marketing, Communications, Remote Banking, Finance and Distribution at the Crédit Agricole Gironde, and subsequently at the Crédit Agricole Aquitaine following the merger. In 2005, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole des Savoie, in charge of Development. In 2009, he joined LCL as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, initially responsible for Compliance and later for Processes, Technologies and Real Estate.
In 2013, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer France of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. He joined Crédit Agricole S.A. in 2018 as Group Head of Compliance. In 2020, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Crédit Agricole S.A., in charge of the Specialised Financial Services division, and Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance (renamed Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility in May 2024). In 2025, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Crédit Agricole S.A., in charge of the International Banking and Services division, in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility.
Aged 61, Stéphane Priami is a graduate of the Institut Technique de Banque.
Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse began his career in 1995 with the Atos Group, within the business unit that later became Worldline. He joined the Crédit Agricole Group through Finaref (consumer finance) in 2003. During this period, he held various positions, including Deputy Head of Information Systems and Organisation and Head of Innovation.
In 2009, he contributed to the creation of GAC-Sofinco, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility's automotive finance subsidiary in China, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In 2012, he joined the Group's payments subsidiary as Head of Sales and Customer Relations at Crédit Agricole Payment Services.
In 2016, Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Development and International, of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring. In 2020, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Crédit Agricole Anjou-Maine. In October 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
Aged 55, Christophe Vandenkoornhuyse is an engineer, graduated from the Institut Supérieur de l'Électronique et du Numérique (ISEN), and holds a postgraduate research degree (DEA) from the Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France.
