Termín nie je nadštandard.
Je nevyhnutnou súčasťou poskytovania zdravotnej starostlivosti. Preto zastávam názor, že vyberanie poplatkov za jeho rezerváciu je v rozpore so zákonom. Pacient nemá byť odkázaný na platené rezervačné systémy, aby sa dostal k zdravotnej starostlivosti.
