This explanatory memorandum concerns an EU Council decision on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Specialised Committee on Participation in Union Programmes established by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement to implement the deal for UK association to Erasmus+, announced on 17 December 2025.
