TII Publishes Gender Pay Gap Report 2026
Transport Infrastructure Ireland zveřejnila zprávu o rozdílu v odměňování mužů a žen. K rozhodnému dni 7. června 2026 měla 374 zaměstnanců, z toho 223 mužů a 151 žen.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is required to report on its gender pay gap under Ireland’s Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, which mandates that public sector bodies with over 250 employees disclose the difference in average earnings between male and female staff. This transparency aims to highlight pay disparities, promote accountability, and encourage progress toward gender equality in the workplace.
By publishing this data, TII contributes to a broader national effort to identify and address systemic issues affecting pay equity.
TII’s snapshot for its 2026 report is 7 June 2026. Between 9 June 2025 and 7 June 2026, TII filled 60 positions, bringing the total headcount to 374 with 223 male and 151 female employees.
