River Tees fish counts
Informace se týkají denních a měsíčních počtů migrujících lososů a mořských pstruhů na rybím počítadle u Tees Barrage na dolním toku řeky Tees. Data budou uvolňována jednou měsíčně ve formátech ODS a MS Excel; pro dostupný formát lze podat žádost e-mailem na [email protected]. Rybí počítadlo sleduje pouze průchod vzhůru skrze rybí průchod, k dispozici jsou i další trasy (hlavní brána baráže, kanoistický slalom, turbínový rybí průchod, navigační zámek) a Environment Agency s Canal and River Trust usilují o co nejdelší otevření hlavní brány, protože při otevření migruje více ryb touto branou než rybím průchodem, což může vysvětlovat nižší počty při otevřené bráně.

We aim to release this data once a month, in both ODS and Excel format.

Request an accessible format.The fish counter at the Tees Barrage only monitors the upstream migration of salmon and sea trout through the fish pass.
Additional routes exist through the:
- main barrage gates
- canoe slalom
- turbine fish pass
- navigation lock
To help fish migrate, the Environment Agency and the Canal and River Trust keep the main barrage gate open as much as possible. When it’s open, more fish migrate through this gate than through the fish pass. This may explain the lower fish counts when the main barrage gate is open.
