The Twelfth UK-Caribbean Ministerial Forum took place in in London on 10 March 2026.

Every 2 years the forum brings together ministers from the UK and the Caribbean. The forum provides the opportunity to discuss bilateral, regional, and global issues at ministerial level.

The forum was established at the 1997 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting to signal closer co-operation between the UK and the Caribbean.
