Council for Media Services: Strengthening regulatory oversight of digital services
Rada pro mediální služby posoudila rizika související s médiálními a digitálními službami a navrhla metodiku hodnocení rizik pro poskytovatele prostředníků, aby byla supervisory prioritizace jednotná a efektivní. Součástí projektu HOPERO byla i série školení pro pracovníky rady o všestranném rámci evropského digitálního práva, včetně souvislostí mezi nařízením DS, legislativou EU a regulací AI. Projektový tým a odborníci z KInIT spolupracovali na vývoji metodiky a vzdělávacích bloků, které posilují dohled nad online prostředím a prioritizaci dozoru.

The Council for Media Services is an administrative authority responsible for supervising compliance with the legal regulations governing broadcasting, retransmission, the provision of on-demand audiovisual media services, and video-sharing platform services. It is also responsible for overseeing online platforms and other intermediary services established in the Slovak Republic. Given the large number of regulated entities, the regulator identified a need to take into account the varying levels of risk associated with different intermediary services when carrying out its supervisory activities.
