Annual survey of maritime passengers, including people with reduced mobility, to find out about:

• their experience of travelling on ferries or cruise ships
• how effective the provision of assistance has been, as required by regulation EU1177/2010

This survey is carried out by the Department for Transport and Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
