CTU launches “Check the Quality of Fixed Internet” campaign 2.5.2025 | Český telekomunikační úřad CTU offers two ways to participate in the campaign: request a measurement by a CTU technician, based on a request sent to mereni@ctu.cz, or perform the measurement on your own. Municipalities and citizens can use the certified measurement tool - NetTest, where they select the “Certified measurement” menu and follow the instructions. The measurement results are available in PDF format and can also be used for submitting a claim about the service, if necessary, against the provider if the quality of the service does not meet the contractual terms and conditions. ČTÚ nabízí dvě možnosti, jak se do kampaně zapojit: požádat o měření technikem ČTÚ, na základě žádosti zaslané na mereni@ctu.cz, nebo provést měření vlastními silami. Obce i občané k tomu mohou využít certifikovaný měřicí nástroj NetTest, kde zvolí nabídku „Certifikované měření“ a postupují podle návodu. Výsledky měření jsou k dispozici ve formátu PDF a lze je využít i pro případnou reklamaci služby vůči poskytovateli, pokud její kvalita neodpovídá smluvním podmínkám.
