Civil Eligibility Keycard 2026 8.4.2026 | Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs A new eligibility key card for 2026 is now available. The Eligibility Keycard has been updated to reflect an increase in dependants’ allowances for the civil means test: Partner Allowance will increase to £237.25 Allowance for Child up to 15, or aged 16 and above will increase to £381.86 The dependants’ allowances are based on income support rates which have increased by 3.8% from 6 April 2026.
