Czech Technical University in Prague is launching a new grant program, ČVUT Interdisciplinary Near Future Challenge (ČVUT INFC). The programme will support ambitious interdisciplinary projects by early-career researchers who connect different areas of expertise across the university. Who can apply
Applications may be submitted by teams consisting of two Principal Investigators (PIs).
Basic eligibility requirements:
The call is open to projects across the full range of CTU’s research areas. The evaluation will focus in particular on the quality of the research proposal, genuine interdisciplinary collaboration, the potential for further excellent research, and the possibility of follow-up through future grants, an interdisciplinary centre, or a spin-off.
Funding
Selected teams may receive:
The first edition of the programme was made possible thanks to private support from Credo Ventures, Pale Fire Capital, the WOOD & Company Endowment Fund, and IOCB Tech Group, who jointly contributed CZK 24 million to support the development of interdisciplinary research at CTU.
