Claim by post To claim Carer’s Allowance by post: print one of these forms (use the State Pension version if you get a State Pension) fill it in with a pen post it to the address on the form Before you fill the form in online If you’re using a mobile phone or tablet You cannot complete the form using a mobile phone or tablet.
