Mr Joseph Fisher MBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Republic of Guyana.
Mr Joseph Fisher MBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Republic of Guyana, His Majesty’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Suriname and UK Ambassador to CARICOM in succession to Ms Jane Miller OBE, who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service.
Mr Fisher will take up his appointment during April 2026.
