Rawlins and British Medical Association: 30 and 31 March 2026 The applicant made one complaint under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rules in relation to the constitution or proceedings of a decision-making meeting and/or the balloting of members. Barnes & Dench and TSSA The applicants have made two complaints under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rules relating to the 2025 elections for the posts of National President and Treasurer. Devine and Unite the Union The applicant made one complaint under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rule in relation to disciplinary proceedings.
