Larysa Bondarieva has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Ukraine as of September 4, 2026. She succeeds Carlos de Cordoue, who has decided to retire after more than 40 years within the Group, including more than six years as Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Ukraine.
Biography
Larysa Bondarieva has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking sector, including more than 25 years in senior management positions.
She began her career at PrivatBank in Ukraine before joining the Crédit Agricole Group in 2003 through Credit Lyonnais Ukraine. She subsequently held several management positions before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Ukraine, in charge of Corporate Banking and Financial Markets.
In 2021, she joined Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Capital Markets activities.
Larysa Bondarieva holds a degree in Economics from Kharkiv National University. She further complemented her education with an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and several international executive programmes at INSEAD, Harvard and IMD.
