Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Banco de Occidente S. A. in connection with its US$150 million subordinated facility provided by Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG). The facility will strengthen Banco de Occidente's Tier 2 capital and support its on-lending of green loans to eligible sub-borrowers.
