The facility has a seven-year tenor, with semi-annual repayments, and bears interest at six-month EURIBOR plus a margin of 2.5 %. The proceeds will be used to establish fiscal reserves for 2027 and 2028. The facility will support timely debt servicing and contribute to maintaining fiscal stability, given the State's financing needs of approximately EUR 2.1bln over the two-year period.
