Luther acted as German legal counsel, working alongside the Chinese law firm Zhong Lun. LDROBOT has acquired all shares in SABO-Maschinenfabrik GmbH. Upon completion of the transaction, which is expected by the end of this year, SABO will become a wholly owned subsidiary of LDROBOT. A specialised Luther team led by Thorsten Becker and Andreas Kloyer advised LDROBOT on the German-law aspects of the acquisition, working closely with Zhong Lun. The Chinese law firm coordinated the transaction on behalf of LDROBOT. The transaction brings together SABO’s more than 90 years of experience in the development and manufacture of high-quality lawn mowers and grounds care equipment with LDROBOT’s expertise in robotics, sensor technology and artificial intelligence.
