Sofia, XX September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Viseo SAS, a global digital and business consulting group, on its acquisition of ITCE EOOD, a Bulgarian provider of ServiceNow, Agile and Scaled Agile consulting, training and business integration services. Through this acquisition, Viseo further expands its service offering and regional footprint in the IT service management, organisational transformation and IT operations optimisation sector.
Headquartered in France, Viseo operates in more than 20 countries and employs 3,000 professionals worldwide. The group specialises in digital transformation, cloud, data, AI and enterprise technology solutions.
Founded in 1998, ITCE supports organisations with learning and development programmes, Agile and Scaled Agile transformation initiatives, as well as ServiceNow implementation and integration projects. The company was among the first ServiceNow partners in Central and Eastern Europe.
Wolf Theiss advised Viseo on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the due diligence, the negotiation and preparation of the share purchase agreement, signing and closing, as well as with the implementation of the related corporate changes.
